The iContinuum Group was founded in 2006 by Mr. James Lee to offer integrated solutions to the planning and development of China¡¯s new towns and rural villages. Embracing the principles of harmony and synergy, and adopting the precepts of circular economy and systems design, iContinuum¡¯s innovative model of sustainable development focuses on achieving dynamic ecological balance and triple-bottom-line results.

A graduate of Harvard University with a Master of Architecture degree, and a graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree, Mr. Lee is a U.S. registered architect, LEED (the U.S. Green Building Council¡¯s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, and Certified Property Manager.

In 2003, Mr. Lee spearheaded the sustainable design team for Xihu Tiandi, a US$200 Million project by the Hong Kong developer, Shui On Group. The project won a provisional LEED Core-and-Shell Platinum rating, the first such award in China. In 2009, Mr. Lee was appointed Principal China Consultant by the Whitman Strategy Group, the environmental consulting firm founded by former New Jersey governor and EPA Administrator, Christie Todd-Whitman, for an eco-city development for 300,000 people in Changsha, Hunan Province, developed by Gale International.

Mr. Lee¡¯s broad international experience spans over 30 years, and covers sustainable design and development, architectural design, real estate development and project management, property and hotel management in the U.S., Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
